This course will study, and analyze some aspects that are the first steps to managing and understanding the importance, effects of climate change for all living beings, and the role that businesses have on climate change, and the positive and negative effects that are capable of producing, other important aspects and the subject of discussions is the referred to legislation’s, point that will be discussed taking into consideration two ambits, the national and international legislations regarding obligations, responsibilities, sanctions, advancements, and backward in the protection of all living beings from the negative effects of Climate Change as well as reduce and/or eliminate the climate change effects. Today, climate change has been adopted in a very extensive way, accepting and incorporating different events, situations, and factors, as well as the involvement and effects of different sectors and their influence and impact on climate change.
